These terms govern MAI Scientist, MAI Templates and the AI Agents catalogue, operated by Mavorium Private Limited. Last updated August 2026.
Only check websites you own or are allowed to check. Our report is an automated estimate from publicly visible information, not a security audit, and you should not treat it as a guarantee. Do not use the tool to attack, overload or embarrass anyone. If you break these rules, the consequences are yours, not ours.
These tools are operated by Mavorium Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, CIN U63999DC2026PTC473807 ("Mavorium", "we", "us"). They cover MAI Scientist (the website check), MAI Templates (the design preview and enquiry builder) and the AI Agents catalogue.
By ticking the confirmation box and running a check, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the tool.
If you are using the tool on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.
This is the most important clause here. Each time you submit a web address, you confirm that at least one of the following is true:
You must not submit an address in order to harass, defame, extort or gain unauthorised access to anyone, and you must not submit addresses in bulk or automate submissions.
You are responsible for that confirmation. We record the address, the time, your IP address and your acceptance of these terms each time a check is run, and we may produce that record if a complaint is made.
MAI Scientist makes ordinary web requests, exactly as a browser or a search engine would, and reads only what the website chooses to serve publicly:
robots.txt and sitemap.xml;It identifies itself honestly in its user-agent string, it spaces requests so that it does not load
the target server, and it stops if robots.txt asks MAI-Scientist not to crawl.
Where you have verified that you own a domain, we may read more pages of that site than we would otherwise, because you have given us permission to.
MAI Scientist does not perform penetration testing, vulnerability exploitation, port scanning, directory or file brute-forcing, password or login attempts, form submission, payload injection, or any attempt to access anything that is not publicly served. It does not bypass firewalls, rate limits or CAPTCHAs.
A genuine security assessment is a separate, paid engagement carried out under a signed scope with written authorisation from the site owner. Nothing on the free tool is such an assessment.
You must not:
Guests may run a limited number of checks and read the result on screen. Saving and downloading a report requires a free account, created by verifying an email address with a one-time code.
Keep access to your email secure; anyone with it can sign in as you. Give us accurate details. You may ask us to close your account at any time.
Usage limits attached to each plan are described on the tool itself and may change.
A report is shown to the person who ran the check and, if they have an account, stored privately in that account. We do not publish reports, scores or the names of scanned websites. The only public figures are aggregate counts, such as the total number of checks run.
If you share a report you have generated, you are responsible for how you use it. Do not publish findings about a third party's website in a way that is misleading or damaging.
For each check we store the address checked, the results, the time, your IP address and your acceptance of these terms. For accounts we store your email address and any name, phone number or company you give us. We use this to run the service, to enforce these terms, and to reply to you if you ask us to.
We do not sell your data. We keep records of checks for as long as your account exists, and consent logs for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer complaints. To request deletion, write to us at the address below. Deletion of consent logs may be refused where we need them to defend a claim.
The tool is provided "as is". Findings are automated estimates derived from public signatures, and they can be wrong in both directions: a site may be reported as running outdated software when it is patched, and a clean result does not mean a website is secure or free of faults. Version detection in particular relies on what a website advertises about itself, which can be hidden, spoofed or out of date.
We do not warrant that the tool will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mavorium is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or reputational harm arising from use of the free tool.
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the free tool is limited to INR 1,000. Where you have a separate written services agreement with us, that agreement governs the work done under it, not this clause.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you submit a website you were not entitled to check, or use the output in breach of these terms, you will indemnify Mavorium against any claim, loss, penalty or reasonable legal cost that results.
We may limit, suspend or block access at any time, without notice, if we believe the tool is being misused, if a website owner complains, or if usage threatens the service. We may also decline to check particular addresses.
The tools, their design, scoring method, wording and code belong to Mavorium. You may use the reports you generate for your own business purposes. You may not copy the tool or use our output to build a competing service.
Website names, logos and technologies mentioned in a report belong to their respective owners and are referenced only for identification.
MAI Templates and the AI Agents catalogue let you describe what you want and send it to us. Nothing shown there is an offer, a quotation or a price. No work begins and no obligation arises on either side until we agree scope and terms in writing. Sample designs and content in the preview are illustrative only.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you run a check, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings where a breach occurs.
