By creating an account, subscribing to, or using Saar Army AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Saar Army AI is a defensive cybersecurity monitoring and management platform. No security product can guarantee complete protection. The Service reduces risk and detects and helps mitigate many threats, but Mavorium Private Limited does not warrant that your systems will be free from breach, intrusion, malware, data loss, downtime, or any other security incident. You remain responsible for your own security decisions and backups.
The Service is provided strictly for the defence and protection of assets you own or are explicitly authorised to protect. You must not use the Service, or attempt to use it, to attack, intrude upon, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any system, network, device, or data. Any offensive, unlawful, or unauthorised use is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mavorium Private Limited and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Paid plans are billed per the selected period. Access to paid features begins after payment is confirmed and activated by us. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with prior notice; changes do not affect an active paid period already begun.
We process account, usage, and security-event data to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal data. For monitored assets, we process only what is needed to detect and respond to threats.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, non-payment, or to protect the Service or others. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified where reasonably possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
