These terms are between you (a "Business Partner" who joined after Mavorium's online interview, or an "Ambassador"; both called "you" or "Ambassador" below) and Mavorium Private Limited, CIN U63999DC2026PTC473807, GSTIN 07AAVCM3099D1Z0, New Delhi, India ("Mavorium"). By joining you accept them together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Business Partners and Ambassadors are independent business partners (commission agents) who work on their own account. You are not an employee of Mavorium, and this program is not a job offer: there is no salary, no fixed working hours, no attendance and no minimum work. You choose when, where and how you promote Mavorium, use your own phone, internet and devices, pay your own costs, and may work for other businesses that do not compete with or misuse Mavorium. Commission and bonuses are paid only on real, paid sales. Targets and rewards are optional extras — missing a target never causes a penalty or a deduction. Nothing in these terms creates employment, partnership in the legal sense, agency to sign contracts for Mavorium, or any right to salary, provident fund, ESI, gratuity or other employee benefits. You may not call yourself a Mavorium employee or officer; you may say "Mavorium Business Partner" or "Mavorium Ambassador". A separate written appointment letter is the only way to become a Mavorium employee (for example after an office interview).
Anyone aged 18 or over — individuals, creators, influencers, companies and agencies — may join. You must give true details. Mavorium may refuse, suspend or close any ambassador account that breaks these terms. Joining is free.
You get a personal link (mavorium.in/ambassador/your-name). A visitor who opens it is linked to you for 30 days on that browser. When they pay for any Mavorium service, you earn 5% of the amount actually received (excluding GST where GST is charged separately), and the same on that customer's later purchases for 12 months. PayPal (USD) sales are counted in rupees at ₹84 per dollar. Only one ambassador earns on a sale: the link used for that order, otherwise the ambassador who first brought the customer. Purchases by your own account, test orders, unpaid or reversed payments and fraud earn nothing.
You may invite others to become ambassadors with your invite link. You earn 2% of the sales they make. When an ambassador you invited makes their first sale, you both receive 100 MAI Points, once. There is no fee to join a team and no earning from sign-ups alone.
You also get a personal referral code. When a customer types your code or buys through your link, the customer gets 10% off that purchase and the sale counts as yours. Your commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually pays after the discount.
Bonuses are extra rewards on top of your commission. Each group has its own amounts:

After your first 5 sales, sales made by people you referred count towards the every-5 bonus. A verified sale made outside the website (UPI, bank transfer, cash) counts as your sale for commission and bonuses. Rejected forms earn nothing.
Bonuses follow the same rules as commission: only paid, genuine sales count, and bonuses on refunded, reversed or fraudulent orders are cancelled. Business-partner work is commission-based; it is not a salaried job unless Mavorium gives you a separate written employment offer.
To withdraw money you must complete KYC (PAN and a photo of your PAN card; companies may add their GSTIN). After approval your public profile shows the verified Mavorium Ambassador badge and you receive 100 MAI Points once. The badge may be removed if these terms are broken.
You may request a withdrawal when your available balance is at least ₹500, to the bank account or UPI ID you saved. Mavorium pays within 7 days and emails you the bank reference. Commission and bonuses are subject to tax deduction at source (TDS) on commission under the Income-tax Act, 2025 (section 393; earlier section 194H of the 1961 Act), as applicable — currently 2% of the payout once the yearly threshold is crossed, and at a higher rate if your PAN is missing or not valid. TDS is deposited against your PAN and shows in your tax statement. You are responsible for your own income tax, and for your own GST registration and GST if your turnover requires it. Mavorium may hold or reverse commission on orders that are found fraudulent or are reversed by the bank.
Be honest. Clearly mark posts and videos as a paid partnership or affiliate link, as required by the ASCI guidelines for influencer advertising. Do not spam, send unsolicited bulk messages, buy fake clicks, bid on the "Mavorium" brand in search ads, pretend to be Mavorium, make promises about features, prices or results that Mavorium does not make, or offer discounts Mavorium has not approved. You may use the Mavorium name and logo only to promote Mavorium, as provided in your dashboard.
KYC (resume, masked Aadhaar showing only the last 4 digits, PAN, selfie and a short live face video) is collected with your consent only to verify who you are, to pay you and to meet tax law. It is stored encrypted, seen only by authorised Mavorium staff, never sold, and deleted when it is no longer needed (records the law requires us to keep, such as TDS records, are kept for the legal period). You may ask for a copy or for deletion through "Email Mavorium" on your dashboard, as described in our Privacy Policy (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). We use your details to run the program, pay you and meet legal duties. Bank and KYC details are stored encrypted and seen only by authorised Mavorium staff. Customers' personal details are not shared with you; your dashboard shows sales and amounts only.
Mavorium may change commission rates or these terms with notice on this page; changes apply to sales after the change. You may leave at any time; approved earnings above the withdrawal minimum remain payable. These terms are governed by the laws of India, courts at New Delhi.
