Privacy Policy
What Mavorium AI Academy collects about you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated 12 August 2026
1. Who holds your data
Mavorium Private Limited, CIN U63999DC2026PTC473807, GSTIN 07AAVCM3099D1Z0, of B-138, Second Floor, Office No. 202, Ganesh Nagar, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi – 110018, is the data fiduciary for information you give this portal. For any privacy question, write to techteam@mavorium.in or call +91 93159 81771.
2. What we collect
When you create an account
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your mobile number
- Your password, stored only as a one-way hash — we never see or store the password itself
When you use the portal
- Your orders: what you bought, when, what you paid, and the order reference
- Your MAI Points balance and every movement in and out of it
- Which courses are in your library, and when you download them
- Your membership status and dates, if you have one
- Your IP address, recorded with sign-ins and downloads to prevent account sharing and abuse
- One-time codes we send you, stored hashed and deleted after use
What we never store
We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs, bank details, Aadhaar or PAN. Where a payment gateway is connected, your card details go to the gateway directly and never reach our server. We only keep the gateway's payment reference.
3. Why we hold it
- To give you what you paid for — your account is how we know which courses you may open.
- To run MAI Points — a balance needs a record of how it got there.
- To send you transactional email — verification codes and order confirmations, from techteam@mavorium.in.
- To prevent fraud and account sharing — download and sign-in records exist for this reason.
- To meet tax and company law obligations — sales records must be kept.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you bought a course — if we start one, you will be asked separately and can leave at any time.
4. Who else sees it
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database.
- Our email provider, which delivers your codes and receipts.
- A payment gateway, once one is connected, for the payment itself.
- Our accountants, for tax records.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.
Order confirmations sent to you are also copied to our own office inbox so our team can help if something goes wrong with your order. Verification codes are not copied to anyone.
5. How long we keep it
- Your account and library: for as long as your account is open. Courses you bought are permanent, so the record of them is too.
- Order and payment records: eight years, as required by Indian tax and company law. This applies even if you close your account.
- Sign-in sessions: 30 days, then expired automatically.
- One-time codes: minutes — they expire and are marked used.
- Download and IP records: 12 months.
6. How we protect it
- The whole portal runs over HTTPS, so everything you send is encrypted in transit.
- Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form. Nobody at Mavorium can see your password.
- Course files sit outside the public web folder. The only way to reach one is through a check that you own it — nobody can guess a file address.
- Database credentials sit in a file blocked from web access.
- Access to customer data is limited to the Mavorium team members who need it.
No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
7. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct anything wrong or out of date
- Delete your account
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you cannot
Email techteam@mavorium.in and we will respond within 30 days.
What deletion means here. We will delete your name, email, mobile number, password and MAI Points balance, and close your account. Your purchase records are kept for the tax period the law requires, reduced to the order reference and amount. Deleting your account ends access to any courses in your library, including ones you bought — so download anything you want to keep first. Deletion cannot be undone.
If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Cookies
This portal sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in. It contains a random session token, not your personal details, and expires after 30 days or when you sign out. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not profile you across other sites.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
9. Age
Accounts are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly hold data about anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, tell us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the portal or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes are highlighted here.
