1. Who you are buying from

2. What you are buying

• A course is a downloadable PDF ebook at one of three levels — Basic, Advance or Professional.
• A course bought outright is yours permanently, including any revisions we publish.
• A membership lets you open a set number of courses without buying each one. Courses opened this way stay available for as long as the membership runs.
• Courses are self-study material. They are not a live class, a tutoring service, or an accredited qualification. Certificates of completion are issued by Mavorium and @@KEEP_LOWER_ACADEMY@@.

3. Your account

• You need an account to buy anything. Keep your password and any one-time codes private.
• Your account is for you alone. Sharing your login, or redistributing, reselling or uploading course files anywhere, is a breach of these terms.
• We may suspend an account where we see evidence of sharing or redistribution. Where that happens, no refund is due.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown before you confirm an order.
• GST at the applicable rate is added at checkout. Our GSTIN is 07AAVCM3099D1Z0. A tax invoice is issued for every order.
• Your order is confirmed and the course released once payment has cleared.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order already placed.

5. MAI Points

• MAI Points are a loyalty reward, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, sold or transferred, and are not a deposit or a stored-value instrument.
• Points earned on an order are credited once payment clears. The current rate is shown at checkout.
• Points can be applied to a future order up to the limit shown at checkout.
• Points are cancelled if the order that earned them is refunded or reversed.
• We may change the earn rate, the redemption limit or the scheme itself with notice on this page. Points already in your balance stay redeemable.
• If your account is closed for breach of these terms, unused points are forfeited.

6. Memberships

• A membership runs for the period you paid for — one month or one year — and does not renew automatically. You will not be charged again unless you buy again.
• Your unlock allowance is shown in your account. New unlocks are added monthly while the membership is active.
• Unused unlocks do not carry over past the end of the membership.
• When a membership ends, courses opened through it close. Courses you bought outright are unaffected.

7. Refunds

Course files are digital goods delivered immediately, so refunds are limited.

• Before download: full refund within 7 days of purchase, no reason needed. Email techteam@mavorium.in with your order reference.
• After download: no refund, unless the file is faulty, incomplete or materially different from what the course page described.
• Faulty or wrong file: tell us and we will fix it or refund you in full.
• Memberships: refundable within 7 days if you have not opened any course. After that, or once a course is opened, no refund.
• Duplicate or accidental purchase: tell us and we will refund it.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. MAI Points used on a refunded order are returned; points earned on it are removed.

8. Security courses — read this

Our cyber security and ethical hacking courses teach techniques for authorised testing only. In India, accessing or attempting to access a computer system without the owner's permission is an offence under sections 43 and 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, regardless of your intent.

• By buying these courses you confirm you will use the material lawfully, on systems you own or have written permission to test.
• Mavorium accepts no liability for any use you make of this material.
• These courses are sold to people aged 18 and over.

9. Copyright

All course material stays the property of Mavorium Private Limited. Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use it. You may print a copy for your own use. You may not republish it, share it, upload it to any site or service, use it to teach a paid course, or train an AI model on it.

10. Availability and changes

• We aim to keep the portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Course content may be revised. Buyers get revisions free.
• We may withdraw a course from sale. Anyone who already owns it keeps it.
• Where a course is listed but the file is not yet published, this is stated before purchase and you are told when it becomes available. You may ask for a full refund at any point while you are waiting.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost income or lost opportunity. Course material is educational and is not professional, legal, financial or security advice for your specific situation.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting proceedings, both sides agree to try to resolve the matter in good faith for at least 30 days.
