The agreement between you and Mavorium Private Limited
These terms apply when you use Maha Search, a service operated by Mavorium Private Limited (CIN U63999DC2026PTC473807), New Delhi, India. By using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
Maha Search finds material published by other people on the internet and shows you links to it. We do not write, host or control that material, and showing a result is not an endorsement of it. Some answers are generated by artificial intelligence and may be wrong; check anything that matters.
You agree not to use Maha Search to:
You are responsible for how you use the service and for what you do with what you find. Where the law of India applies to your conduct, it applies to your conduct on this service.
Maha Search is family-safe. Adult content is filtered, and child sexual abuse material is blocked absolutely. No account setting disables these filters. We do not undertake that filtering is perfect; if something gets through, please report it through the grievance page.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Results depend on third-party providers and may be unavailable, incomplete or delayed. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service, and we may restrict access from particular countries or networks for security reasons.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account, and the details you give must be accurate. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One person may hold one account.
Signed-in users earn MAI Points for searches, subject to a daily limit. Points can be spent on services operated by Mavorium Private Limited, including the Mavorium AI Academy and MAI Scientist.
Note for review: the redemption value and expiry position in this clause should be confirmed against the redemption terms already published for the Mavorium AI Academy, so that a single balance is governed consistently across both services.
Results, and any virtual private network services we recommend, are operated by other companies under their own terms. We do not operate a VPN service and do not route your traffic. Your dealings with those companies are between you and them.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where we do, we record the reason, and you may appeal by writing to grievance@mavorium.in. Appeals are reviewed by the Grievance Officer.
Maha Search is an intermediary within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We do not initiate the transmission of the material we index, select its receiver, or modify it. Where material is unlawful, we act on notice through the grievance process.
To the extent permitted by law, Mavorium Private Limited is not liable for loss arising from material found through the service, from results being unavailable or inaccurate, or from reliance on AI-generated answers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
How we handle information is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we do not store your searches against you and we do not keep your IP address.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
